An essential part of the sustainable solution we deliver, Drop Wires are the face of the contemporary weaving process and help deal with the intricacies that are involved in the trade.
Manufactured from hardened and tempered high carbon steel strips of the finest quality, these Drop Wires single handedly detect a warp yarn breakage and fix it without affecting the quality of the fabric.
Every single drop wire goes a thorough round of inspection and it’s made sure that the drop wire’s edges are well rounded and its surface is smoothly dressed cut. The thread eyes are perfectly deburred and polished. This is followed by highly corrosion resistant electro plating process and another round of inspection to ensure the impeccability of the product. All this ensures higher efficiency which leads of faultless weaving and better quality of the output.
SUN Brand Drop Wires ensures an efficient operation on all types of looms.
